As a heritage listed building that is unable to change the exterior of the building they were faced with a challenge. How to retain the inside of the building and protect it from water damage when you can’t change the outside. They opted for Remedial Membranes, Clear Waterproofing Membrane. Due to the nature of the product it is able to do this without changing the look, and for horizontal surfaces has a slip resistant aggregate included for a Nata Accredited Slip Rated Surface to any required rating.
